He was fantastic in Dirty Filthy Love. After I first saw Michael in Underworld, I bought his other movies and played a game called "Where's Michael?". I didn't read anything about the film or characters but instead watched each of them, trying to determine which character was Michael's. Some were difficult. He totally becomes the character. With other actors, one can see their own personality come through the character, but not with Michael. His every eye movement and facial expression is part of the character. I love it. When I watch one of his movies, I'm ready to go where ever he takes the audience. I don't hold back as I trust him to give a great performance. I love watching his films. -- Web Admin

Dirty Filthy Love. VERY moving performance. Michael's intense emotions made me wander how he prepared for this role. It also made me wander how long it took for him to feel like his old self again once shooting was over. If you've never seen it, you should. I could give credit to many others involved, i.e. director, writer, camera's, but i have to give Michael the credit. Now that's what i call an actor experiencing his craft to the fullest.

Yeah! Lycans just rule PERIOD! Lucian is my all time favorite! Micheal depicts the ferocity of the character and showed it perfectly. I would like to see Lucian get all feral and kick the snot out of Viktor. *w00t!*

Me too - the programme was on a stupidly late time and I was ready for bed, but Sheen's performance kept me awake - makes you realise how special some acting can be.
Saturday, April 19, 2008
I thought Michael was brilliant as Kenneth Williams in Fantabulosa! Stunning performance and best portrayal I had ever seen. The way that Michael brings Kenneth Williams to life once more is a jy to behold. I loved seeing the programme again on the BBC and the BBC i player, I reckon it should come out as a DVD! I am constantly amazed by the brilliance of Michael Sheen. His ability to morph into different roles with chameleon-like ease leaves me in awe. It is a pity that in his pursuit of character roles, he has been neglected by the recognition he deserves. The man is nothing short of a genius.

The Deal is showing on HBO. I found it by chance, since I love the movie The Queen I really wanted to see Micheal In the Deal. I thought it was ndot available in the United States. Anyway I taped it. The information about the movie is incorrect. It states the the name of the movie is the deal and it stars Charlie Sheen, totally incorrect information. It is a good movie about Blair and Brown. Micheal's performance is outstanding. Look for The Deal on HBO, and ignore the fact that they have the information listed incorrectly

I can't find the movie "Dead Long Enough" anywhere. Does anyone know a site where I can purchase it?
Friday, December 14, 2007
Filming doesn't start until January, and so there isn't much news. A Yahoo / Google search using "Underworld 3" will yield a couple of paragraphs.
Here is what one site has: "The film traces the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires known as "Death Dealers" and their onetime slaves, the Lycans. In the Dark Ages, a young Lycan named Lucian emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor, the cruel vampire king who has enslaved them. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, Sonja, in his battle against the Death Dealer army and his struggle for Lycan freedom."
Rhona Mitra plays Sonja. Michael and Bill Nighy reprise their roles as Lucian and Viktor.

Hi Everyone: I just came back from seeing MUSIC WITHIN. It's fantastic, as is Michael's performance! Yes, we all knew he'd be great, but his performance was even more amazing than I'd imagined. My friend said that if she hadn't seen Michael before, she'd think he was actually disabled. Go see this movie you guys. The only complaint is that he's not featured equally with the other two characters. The story is mostly about Ron Kivingston's character. Still totally worth seeing! -Marcy-

Hi from Japan! I recently saw the "Queen" on DVD, and was thrilled by Michael's performance. I've been also impressed by this site which is very informative. Thanks a lot! -Aya-

I just saw the Deal tonight on HBO, absolutely brilliant. I now feel a lot more knowledgeable about the dynamics between Blair and Gordon Brown. David Morrissey was amazing as Brown, and Michael was just as brilliant as he was in the Queen. Well worth watching. If it's out on HBO, it may get put onto DVD at some point, I'm hoping. I've been a Michael fan since Wilde, and I've loved everything I've seen him in (I admit I haven't seen the Underworld movies, not much for that sort of thing, me). I wish I could get to see Not Dead Enough, perhaps we'll get it here in the States someday. He is so beautiful, I have that close up of him in Not Dead Enough on my desktop background. Yum.

Please forgive my run on... and on... and on previous visitor's comment. Too much coffee and lack of sleep led to me forget to actually read and "spell check" before sending. Thanks so much for putting it up, flaws and all anyway. But, regardless of my " faulty wordiness", we all know Michael's still the best actor of our time...coffee,sleep and spell check be damned. P.S. I meant, "Inanimate Object Category", in case someone is still scratching her or his (Michael, perhaps?) head. Ok.

I want to personally thank Michael for being part of this historic movie "The Music Within" because of the enormity of what these men and women of great courage and a hell of a lot of "awnry" accomplished by demanding to sing the "Impossible Dream Song" to this country until it finally was going to listen...and until it finally did. But, when it did, this country shifted and became a better place where people with disabilities do not have to hide away and cannot be denied the same rights as everyone else. Michael, of course, was perfect for the "loony tune" character who lived heroically because he would not hide, would not apologize and was ready fight a dozen fools than be pitied by one. My kind of guy!! Michael's genius is his ability to realize that even the most "buck wild" character/person who screams and explodes insanity publicly, is very much a human being who, hidden behind self-imposed walls or locked doors reveals he has the same frailties, fears, desires, needs, shames, pain, longings, false bravado, self-delusion, an internal clarity, as we all do and because he can, we forgive the character. Michael finds the people in the characters and so, Michael never performs characters, he performs people he has met and wants us to understand and connect to. This moment in history is so important that it created federal laws and many state and city laws as well to deal with people who have disabilities and believe they may be discriminated against because of it. I actually investigate allegations of disability discrimination in employment and public accommodation. My job was actually created because of what the people this story did and I know it will be told brilliantly because the actors are dedicated human beings who can comprehend what this would have meant to so many, had this mountain not been climbed...and then blown up. Just an aside. If anyone in America has any questions about disability you can type in the works JOB ACCOMMODATION NETWORK on your computer and get a website this is unbelievable in helping people with questions and where to go for help and it's free. You can also type in the Americans with Disabilities Act to read the law or type in EEOC Disability and get a town of information and help from them. Sorry for the length of the disability information. But, that is what happens when great people involve themselves in doing great things that change the world for the better...forever. God Bless everyone involved in this project because I really do understand what it took to fight, to win, and get this story told and the countless people whose lives are better just because you had the courage to live your life and do projects that interested you, and not always your back account. My last thought for tonight: Michael, no matter what character you play I will be in the audience waiting for you, even if you choose to play the character "door", I know you would creak, squeak, slam, drag, catch, splinter, swell, bang, tap and catch fire as no other "door" actor has ever done before and the Academy Awards will have to create a new award for Best "Inanimate Object Category".

Michael was an unknown to me until he was paired with Frank Langella in Frost/Nixon. I am a Langella devotee and saw the play 3 times while in NY. Michael completely took me in with his charismatic role of Frost. Brilliant along side the legendary Langella and a nice chemistry. I have since seen The Queen and enjoyed him in that role as well. I was fortunate to meet Michael at the Frost/Nixon performances and he's very gracious, pleasant and down to earth. Far more handsome in real life than any photo hints at. I look forward to the Frost/Nixon movie and any other Michael Sheen projects. Hope to see him on Broadway again sometime! WKT - Massachusetts/USA

There were three movies about Dylan planned. The producers thought that with three movies out at the same time centered on Dylan and with one of them starring Kiera Knightley that the competition was too fierce. Perhaps they will pick the script up again in a few years.

I'm very interested in learning why the movie, Caitlin, has been cancelled. In several interviews Michael has mentioned Dylan Thomas is someone he greatly admired and respected and was very much looking forward to being in a movie about his life. I know Michael is very much in demand these days and can pick and choose his roles (an actor's dream come true) but this story was something Michael, the man, more than the actor, wanted to become a reality. What happened?
Sunday, June 17, 2007
In response to the last question: Michael knows of the Web site because I wrote to him and told him about it last year. I don't know if he checks in, but he should regard it the same as other public forums, and I think he reads those occasionally.
We try to make the Web site informative for the fan with the latest news on his projects but also try to collect fans’ thoughts through emails, polls, visitors’ log and forum so that Michael can read the collected information and opinions if he so desires. I’m sure his work decisions are based solely on his own opinions and judgment, but sometimes it’s nice to know how a project was received from the audience. This Web site provides a method for that.
In order to retain the unofficial Web site status, I don’t believe he could ever acknowledge perusing the Web site, and we (the Web site) are not interested in trying to get such an acknowledgement from him. This Web site is a resource tool created for him because he needed a Web site. Now he can continue to concentrate on his work rather than worry about reserving a domain name, selecting a hosting company, hiring a Web site developer, selecting themes and subjects, reviewing each update, managing a contractor, etc.
Thank you for stopping by! Please feel free to submit any comments or suggestions on the Web site.

I know I'm going to seem incredibly foolish for saying this, but does Michael actually ever read this stuff or even know of this sites existence? Can any one tell me?
Sunday, June 17, 2007
Just to say, I really wanted to see 'Kenneth Williams' when it was first show but some how I missed it and I was gutted. But, lucky for me it was shown again (BBC4 I think, can't remember because it was quite late). I loved it! As a child of the seventies (b 1970 to be exact) I adored the Carry On films and still do and all those gorgeous regulars!. Mr K was and always will be an enigma, so for someone to even consider playing him is amazing. No one could have done this better. Pardon the unorginality (is that even a word?) but FABULOUS x infinity. love Debs xxx

May 31, 2007 I saw Frost/Nixon yesterday. I had to travel for 3 hours to see it but it was worth it. I went with the intention to find out if Michael is as brilliant on stage as he is on celluloid. Of course, he was. But what blew my mind was that the play is actually as brilliantly done in every other aspect as well. I found myself pitying both Nixon and Frost in their desperate need to regain the "public's approval" of them and welcomed back into the "Class A" list of celebrity. In order to achieve this goal, Frost had to destroy Nixon or Nixon had to destroy Frost. That's the brilliance of the play to me. Everything from the writing, lighting, acting and scenery was guided to one single moment of destruction and who would survive. This play is not just about Nixon and Frost. It's about the human condition and the desire to belong, to be wanted and just how far we'll go to get it and....even more... to get it back. Thank you to everyone who is involved in this play and thanks for bringing Michael to my side of the country so I could finally see Sheen shine as only he can....Tony's to everyone.
<This is such a well-written review that I'm going to add it to the Frost/Nixon page! - WebAdmin (who has yet to see the play) >

Hello from Estonia. Role in underworld is the best :)
Wednesday, May 16, 2007
I'm from the US and started watching BBC America. It's real people television and real funny comedy you have. Over here lately the acting is too dramatic and everything has to be rocket science production and over done. I just saw The Queen, and it proved my case. Your Michael Sheen played a real person, as he was and as how the man really is, adding nothing more. That's great acting in my book. Cromwell did great as always and the guy who played Prince Charles, his facial expressions were fantastic. So tired of the Tom Cruises; Ocean 11 Series rat pack of over rated actors over here. Thanks for the good, simple and real stuff Michael, I hope to see you again and thanks to all the UK actors over there too. Jackie Harris

This comment has nothing to do directly with the Nixon/Frost play or Michael
Sheen's acting but with a comment he made on Morning Edition re: humanity.
I was so impressed to hear him opine about everyone deserving sympathy and
concern; that no one is UN human so to speak; people aren't monsters no
matter what kind of monstrous thing one may have done at a given time in
his/her life. You go, Michael. If the world believed this way - wow!!!

Sent via email from a very
well-informed viewer:
This is an excellent website for Michael. I have enjoyed perusing it. I
would however, like to point out one glaring omission in the History of
Wales part of the site.
The Romans established only four legionary fortresses in Britain, one in
York, one in Chester, one which no one has yet found, and one in Caerleon in
Wales - which is actually in Newport where Michael was born. It has
remarkable Roman remains - barracks blocks, Roman baths and an amphitheatre
- the best outside mainland Europe. The fortress remained for 400 years, by
which time the Roman soldiers had intermarried with the local Celts and a
large settlement had developed around the fort. When the Romans left, the
settlement remained and became the village known today as Caerleon, which
means the "fort of the legion" in English. (Pronounced Kyre lee on.) I hope
this helps you. If I can help in any other way, please let me know.
Web Admin Response: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I definitely think that Michael should play Lucian in Underworld 3 not only is he beautiful but he is a great actor as well. I really would like to see him as a main character in the next movie. Especially in a romantic way, what I mean is since his beloved sonya died perhaps they could show him remincing in the past about all the wonderful times they shared together and have him learn about the child she was going to have that was his that he never found out about. I would really really hope to see him in the next movie:)
Hello,

I read Michael's father had a heart attack and is in the hospital. Just wanted Michael to know I sent prayer "speedy delivery" to the Power That Be to grant his father a full recovery. I threw in an "extra prayer" for Michael and his family that the collected love they have for their "dad/husband/best friend/beer buddy" is granted the power to make his heart attack nothing more than a minor wake up call and, serves to remind them only of how precious they are to each other. I came across a site that said something about Michael as Tony Blair calling back troops from Iraq and people beliveing it. It didn't go into detail of how he did it. Can anyone tell me about that because I had to laugh hysterically when I read it? If that is really true then come on why didn't he get an oscar because the proof is there that he really is as talented as we all know.

Hey there! Huge fan of Michael's right here in Sydney Australia - love his work...so wish he'd come out!
I've grown to become a fan of Michael's work. He is very unique in the way he presents himself in films and the way he portrays a character. The devotion to his work and the love for his daughter makes him a very captivating individual. Michael is definately a diamond in the rough. While most young hollywood actors are selling their souls for millions, Michael is making good movies and keeping his dignity.

I'm writing from San Francisco. I'm thinking about a trip to NYC to see Frost/Nixon. I think he is perfect to play Edgar Alan Poe in one of those grand biopic movies like "Ray" or "Walk the Line" - only darker. Wouldn't that be great!

Hayley,
I'm sorry - I had my DVDs confused. Nero is out on DVD, but Dead Long Enough is only out in Sweden. (I don't understand why Sweden.) We've been discussing how to get copies on the forum, but so far none of us have been able to see Dead Long Enough. I'll delete my other post so as to not confuse any others.

I tried to find Dead Long Enough for sale on both play.com and amazon.co.uk and all I could find was the book for sale. I would love to buy it but seem to be having a difficult time locating it. I search it on both sites but all I seem to find is the book for sale. Maybe I'm just a "Crazy American" but I really cannot find it on the sites. Please Help! Thanks, Hayley

I read Michael was "annoyed" because he wasn't nominated for his performance in The Queen. Of course, we agree with him. Michael's performances are consistently "mindboggling" in depth, range and above all, humanity. I suspect the judge's reasoning for overlooking Michael is either they don't particularly like Tony Blair or.......... they also know what we fans take for granted: Michael's most stunning performances (that leave audiences and critics gasping for breath, laughing until they cry or crying until a box of tissues becomes only a box) have yet to be seen because as talented as Michael is now, he's only just begun to really show us and himself, what he can do. To extinguish any annoying self-doubt he may still have, I leave Michael with a small observation: It's nice, but not necessary for a king to have a crown to identify him as a king...when the whole world already knows, with or without this token jewelry ... there is no doubting he is a mighty mighty king.

Hello there! In case nobody has mentioned this yet, Fantabulosa is to be shown again on BBC4 at 10.30pm on Thursday 15th Feb. I emailed the BBC to find out and fortunately they replied pretty promptly. One other thing, does Michael have a contact address, an agent or something? I saw him in Frost/Nixon on the closing night and he was absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous too! Thanks for the great website - Beverley

Here is what the BBC Four say about copies of their productions : Tapes/DVDs and transcripts of our programmes are generally not available.
Here is the BBC shop address, but I didn't find it listed. http://www.bbcshop.com/icat/homenewreleases . My advice would be to check the TV listings on BBC Four, and when they show Fantabulosa again, tape it at home. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcfour/listings)
Sorry - but it doesn't appear that Fantabulosa is for purchase yet. - WebAdmin

Thanks for putting this website together; there's a shortage of at-hand info. on Mr. Sheen, and this site seems to be bent on remedying that shortage. Here's an interesting interview with Michael Sheen: http://www.aintitcool.com/node/30509

Hello Michael, You were in Undermilkwood with my dad (Paul) at Glanafan secondary school. It was great seeing you yesterday at Gallois Restaurant, Port Talbot. Hope this year is as succesfull for you as last year! P.s The photo of you, my brother and I, has turned out very well! hope to see you soon, Bethan . Dad says that he should have listened to Mr Tucker ( Drama teacher at school) as he might now have been booking seats at the BAFTAS, instead of booking motorists in Haverfordwest.

On the main page of this site there is a comment about the release date of the BBC Ancient Rome series (in which Michael played Nero). It has been released and is available from play.com for £12.99 (inc p&p) and Amazon.co.uk, also for £12.99 (ex p&p). :o)

Dear Michael, We have seen you in 'The Queen' and were amazed at your portrayal of Mr. Blair. And lo and behold just this past week we have again seen you at your best as the totally deranged Nero. Keep up the good work! Marsha and Jacques Witteveen, Holland

Monday, January 08, 2007
Mr. Sheen is an wonderful actor and I do not believe that prequal to Uderworld would hurt his career if it is a good script. Although I am a fan of the genre of Underworld I was extremely dissappointed that Evolution did not bring Lucian back. I cannot see anyone else cast in as this charcter, and hope that any director/studio head would keep him at the top of the list to play this role.
Terri - You're welcome! Thank you for commenting. We agree that he is very talented.
Thursday, January 04, 2007
hiya:) It is probably correct that theres a risk the prequel to underworld, the then third film, might not be as successful, but i would absolutely be so unhappy if some1 else was lucian, gosh Michael Sheen has to be the sexiest man ever to have lived, especially when he acts as lucian, but just any other character as well, just cant get over how awesome he is, I so so so love him *groupie alert*, and no im not a teenager.lol Well anyways just itd make a third film of underworld so disastrous if he wasnt in it, or well, for me it would, he plays the perfect hot bad/rough yet good guy:) thx for letting me comment:) Terri
Wednesday, December 27, 2006
I really hope to see Micheal Sheen as Lucian in the prequel of Underworld. I can not imagine to see another person instead of Michael in this role. He acted great and I think it would be a fault not to give him the role again.
Tuesday, December 19, 2006
I first saw Sheen in "The Queen" - went to a screening here in L.A. that happily included a Q & A with Helen Mirren and Michael after the film! Was very impressed by a) Michael's performance and b) his thoughtful responses in the Q&A so I've been watching everything I can of his ever since. Even saw Frost/Nixon in London, which was AMAZING. He is AMAZING, an amazing actor, so incredibly talented. Thanks for hosting this site! --Kerry
Argh! My fault. It wasn't Michael in Gettysburg. It was a different Sheen. Sorry.

Everyday I'll delete the spam. I'm setting up a forum with registration by the end of the year. I apologize for any inconvenience. - Web Admin

Michael was given a very rare gift which allows him the to breathe life into characters that audiences can connect with and care about. Michael made you believe that Lucian, aside from being drop dead gorgeous (in the swashbuckling style): was still in love with a woman after 600 hundred years; was determined to save his people by ending a war created to destroy them; was a leader who commanded respect and was dangerous as hell, if crossed. He made Lucian magnificent and many women's fantasy man. So, it doesn't matter if the movie itself is garbage, Lucian will still be fabulous because Michael is incapable of making him otherwise. I'm taking "howling" lessons now in anticipation of Lucian's return.
Just saw "The Queen"--I thought Michael was an excellent pairing with Helen Mirren. His performance showed a lovely irony for what has become of Blair's promise, and how easily he became caught up in the very thing he admired about the queen. I recommend the film on all counts.
Thank you Traddles! I've added a link to the correct West Glamorgan Youth Theatre Company in his bio page. - WebAdmin
Traddles - That's the first I've read that it wasn't called the Port Talbot Youth Theatre.

This guy is amazing. If he is even half the man he is reputed to be...
I've tried to not comment on underworld but can not contain my silence any longer. Unless Mr Wiseman addresses the loose ends left by not allowing Lucian to be more fully developed and releases the elephants in the room from the first movie, I would hate to Lucian on screen again. There was so much potential for Lucian and the Lycan culture that could have been more developed and give greater depth to the factions. The fact that all the pieces were in place for Lucian to return in the second movie but they were ignored in favor of more pleather clad shallow eye candy with alot of guns kept me from viewing anything but the reviews and will probably keep my interest in additional underworld films reluctant at best.
The movie, The Queen: These biographical movies are always awkward, with everyone being so aware of their impersonations that they forget to act. Helen H. played the queen as pretty one-dimensional and wooden; she moved so gingerly and stiffly, it looked like she might have slipped a disc. ve. In picking an actor to play Charles, they couldn't have found anyone on earth who looked and acted less like the Prince if they'd thrown a contest. Round, fleshy face, broad pug nose -- Charles with a pug nose? Don't think so... Michael Sheen as Tony Blair really shown against the rest, "real", showing emotions, actually changing facial expressions as a real person would, talking normally. Couldn't tell if that was because he was such a good actor or if it was because all the rest were so bad... In any case, he obviously knew what he was doing and did it wonderfully well.
This weeks Sheen scene--Underworld will be on TNT Saturday, Dec. 2 at 3:30pm--Bright Young Things will be on the Sundance channel Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 4:45 pm.--Azhreia
For those who missed Michael as Nero "The Battle for Rome: Nero" will be on tonight at 9:00 pm on the Military Channel.---Azhreia
I posted that a while back but unfortunately I don't get that channel on my cable. Do you get it by any chance? --Azhreia
Just a heads up for those who may want to check their local TV program guide: Michael Sheen discusses his performance in The Queen with Robert Wilonsky of Dallas Observer/Village Voice Media during an interview on Higher Definition, which is broadcast on HDNET (US). It’s quite good as he elaborates on his method of character development, as well as the making of The Queen. Cheers - Apiary
This is one of the better fan websites I've encountered, by far! Informative, comprehensive; not gushy or giddy. I find Mr. Sheen more than a little attractive, yes indeedy, but his talents as an actor, and a person who is obviously very intelligent, as well as possessing a real sense of humour, are an important part of his appeal. I'm VERY pleased that his talents are properly appreciated all 'round, and I'm hoping that we'll be able to see more of his work in the US of A. And now for something completely...well, not COMPLETELY different...YES! More Lucian! More! More! (if you don't say it three times it doesn't work. Power of three, and I'm not talking about the "Charmed Ones") Seriously-good work, and thank you. Cymru am byth!
I'm glad I found this website about Michael Sheen. He is a very very very talented actor. I do hope that in Underworld 3 his character of Lucian is given the spotlight it deserves and we all get to fall in love with the Werewolf Romeo.

Thank you very much Webadmin for these new photographs it is very nice of your share, I went on other sites to see photographs on the making-of of Michael for Lucian but there is nothing, I hope to find the dvd no-claims bonus of turning. On the other hand, I did not see the film "The Queen" and I want to be some, finally, thank you very much, for these small intentions, WebAdmin, you are brilliant. Karine
The Queen finally started showing here. I went to see it. It's worth seeing. Michael did a great job.--Azhreia
www.michaelsheen.net is now listed on the BBC page for him.--Azhreia
Karine - I've enlarged a couple of Lucian photos for you. I'll add a Lucian page soon.
Karine - Click on the photos on the photo page. Most will enlarge. I've replaced a few of the smaller ones. If I add too many large pictures, the page will load slowly. Enjoy! - WebAdmin
Azhreia - I'll put up the poll as soon as the cable guy repairs my cable connection.
excuse me, for lack of my share, it is not Wedmind with which I agree concerning the continuation on Lucian but WebAdmin. Miles excuses. K.
it is true that in underworld evolution there are too much sex and too much violence, this film is definitely less cerebral than the first in more one sees little Michael, I am of the same opinion that Wedmind by hoping that there will be a third film more centered on Lucian, me I love this character, it goes so much well to Michael, the kind of role as in Laws of attractions is sympathetic also, in Néro, I do not like too much. I would like found photographs on the slides or the fittings relating to Lucian or an video-interview relating to this role, it is a pity which certain photographs on the site are too small on Lucian/Michael, finally it is better than anything. Karine
You're welcome Apiary. I do my best to keep a look out since we here in the States don't get to see as much of his acting. I was wondering if he even had a fan mail address or if you wrote to his agent. I was also wondering if anyone had thought about doing an official fan club for him. Maybe WebAdmin could put this up as a poll question and see if there would be enough interest in him to get some people together and persuing doing one, if there is not one already--Azhreia
I make a point of thanking the person who gave us the information as what michael wanted to take again the role of lucian well because he liked it much and that normally if the imformations are right, in Underworld 3, the film would be more on its character and it is so much better.
I sent a letter requesting a fan mail address to post on the website. - WebAdmin
Notice: The webadmin's internet is down for a few days.
Thanks for the info on the Discovery Channel broadcast of “The Fall of Rome” Azhreia; I would have missed it otherwise. Michael Sheen’s performance is terrific – he has barking mad mastered. The first three episodes of the series are all good, but the Nero episode is by far the best in my opinion. I would like to know how Mr. Sheen’s performance as Nero compares to his stage performance as Caligula. If anyone has been fortunate enough to see both, I’m sure comments would be appreciated. Cheers, Apiary
Here is a link to an interview video of Michael Sheen discussing "The Queen" In his own accent <too cool> - Enjoy! http://movies.about.com/library/weekly/blsheen103006.htm
I think it would be nice if we could actually find out how to send him a fan mail of some sort or be able to contact him in some way- because I'm sure he'd appreciate it. Unless someone already knows how one could go about something like that? It would be appreciated :) -Jade

In the mood to see a good movie today, I misguidedly saw "Marie Antoinette." Or part of it at least as I walked out midway through - it was so bad on so many levels (music, photography, editing). I went straight to see "The Queen," to erase my earlier dismal movie experience and replace it with something I knew would be excellent. I was not disappointed. It was brilliant! I left wondering who the actor was who was so extraordinary as Tony Blair. A shame I'm in California and cannot see his theatre work. Best wishes on a long and luminous career.
Michael Sheen would like to play Frank ‘N’ Furter (Rocky Horror) - too much. Someone HAS to pick up on that one. He would be absolutely perfect!
Good idea on the update page. Thank you. I've started a "Where can you find Michael this month" page, but it's still lacking details. I'll try to get them soon. The Rome piece he did for BBC which usually releases its miniseries for retail. I'll add it to the Update page once I find out when it will be released. It will probably be a bit since it was just on TV a couple weeks ago. - WebAdmin
Terrific site for a terrific actor! I love the layout. Well done on a brilliant job. Josie in Cardiff :)
IMDB doesn't have a release date for Dead Long Enough. Has it even been released? Once again great site. I have one request and that is can you make a update page so we can see what has been updated easily. Azhreia
At long last, a website about Michael Sheen! I've been looking for one for ages. (Well, two years feels like ages anyway!) He first came to my attention with his scene-stealing performance in "Laws of Attraction," which made me take a second look at "Timeline," which prompted me to see "Underworld," which confirmed that he belonged in my pantheon of favorite actors. He's so versatile and charismatic. And that was even before I saw "Bright Young Things," "Dirty Filthy Love," and "Wilde"--I thought he gave the best performance in that film, very understated and touching. And now what's this about him playing Nero?? I read a great review of his Caligula and was so bummed not to be able to see it for myself. Will "Ancient Rome: The Rise and Fall of an Empire" be released in the US? Hope I haven't missed it already. (Still waiting for "The Queen" to come here!) Plus I caught him on the Craig Ferguson show the other night, and seems very charming in real life too. What more could you ask from a favorite actor? Well, maybe an autograph someday! ;-) Thanks for setting up this site. Very comprehensive and well done! --Susan (sorry for rambling, that was building up for two years!)

Frost/Nixon is transferring to the Gielgud Theatre in the West End from the 9th November for a limited run, before transferring to Broadway.......!
Thank you! I'll get this info incorporated into the website. - WebAdmin
Also, more news on Frost/Nixon from whatsonstage.com (from the 21st September) - "Voyage Round My Father, which opens tonight at Wyndham’s, with its original cast led by Derek Jacobi, may soon be joined in the commercial West End by another Donmar Warehouse production. Following rave reviews, Frost/Nixon is also actively searching for a West End home to move into once it finishes its sell-out Donmar run on 7 October 2006. TV screenwriter Peter Morgan’s debut stage play is inspired by the bruising 1977 interview in which British TV presenter David Frost tried to get the disgraced former US president Richard Nixon to apologise for his crimes. Michael Sheen is Frost and Frank Langella is Nixon in artistic director Michael Grandage’s production. If it happens, it’ll be the third Donmar transfer under Grandage’s reign, following last autumns Schiller thriller Mary Stuart."
He's also going to be in a TV program about H G Wells called 'H G Wells: War with the World' on BBC2 this week. When are you going to update your website?! It's really good so far, and I think you did a great job.
Nice website - Michael Sheen is a great actor, he's perfect in every role he's ever done. I loved Ancient Rome: Rise and Fall of an Empire last night. He was fantastic as Nero, first class. There dosn't seem to be mush information about it anywhere, but I loved it.
Nice to see another Port Talbot boy doing so well - following in the footsteps of Burton and Hopkins - well done! Terrence Gorvett, Port Talbot
I have never been so excited about the performance of one actor whose versatility and brilliance shines through with the genius of an Aquarian, such as Michael. I am in awe of him especially as he is Cymraeg too! Diolch yn fawr, cari mawr, Russell Grant

hello I am called karine I live close of bets in France, and I adore mickael his face is super especially his eyes his glance are very touching one of apercoit in his role of lucian, I adore this character, this actor has an insane talent and roles as that of lucian suit him very well, it is super and I does not include/understand why kate to leave it, look at this photograph, this face, its eyes, frankly, one cracks, it is so nice and disconcerting, good stop, see you later...
Thank you! - WebAdmin
Just happened upon your site today...definitely a worthwhile creation! (Also nice to see a Michael Sheen site that's been updated recently.)
I would love to see him as Lucian again but was disappointed in the minor role he had in Underworld 2. I wanted more and refused to buy the DVD because of he had only a cameo. I wonder how they would bring him back again for Underworld 3? I miss Lucian....
I haven't been on this site in a while since I was in Hollydays, I was glad to find it back (beautiful site by the way). So nice to see that I'm not the only Michael Sheen fan. I'd like to know (maybe it's the wrong place to ask...but well...) Aren't you guys dying to see him in Underworld 3 ? lol see y'all and good continuation to wonderful admin. Alice
